The Willow is a 190-unit multifamily development that broke ground in Q1 2021 and will deliver in December 2022. The project, located in the historic Exposition Park micromarket at the east bookend of Deep Ellum at Commerce & Willow streets, will feature context-sensitive architecture, live-work units along Commerce, an amenity deck with views of Downtown Dallas, and abundant coworking space. The project abuts the DART Green Line and the Santa Fe Trail.
