$1.7B Westside Village to Begin Phase I in Early 2026

"Larkspur Capital and the Keystone Group are moving quickly on plans to develop the 37-acre site in Fort Worth known as Westside Village. At full completion, the 37-acre mixed use development will include about 880,000 square feet of new office space, 238,000 square feet of retail, 1,785 apartment units, a 175-key hotel and $45 million in infrastructure."
