Larkspur Capital is constructing 155 build-for-rent townhomes across eight acres in The Cedars. The rental community, dubbed Victoria Row, will be in a qualified opportunity zone south of downtown Dallas and will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. The community will also feature a pool, cabana, shade pavilion, dog park, fenced lawns and courtyards. Architecture Demarest, B2 Design Co., and Garrison/Jones Landscape Architects are development partners on the project. Acadian Group is the general contractor. The project is slated for an early 2026 completion.
