Larkspur Plans to Bring Industrial Elegance to North Oak Cliff

Larkspur recently announced its latest project in the Bishop Arts District, The Row on Elsbeth. The masonry, walk-up townhouses have been carefully designed to allow residents easy access to local retail shops and restaurants and to reflect the warehouse presence and industrial history of the neighborhood. Construction began Summer 2016 and units are slated for completion in Fall 2017.  Pre-sales will begin in Fall 2016.
