Larkspur Sells East Dallas Land Assemblage to Trammell Crow Residential
Larkspur has closed on the sale of an East Dallas land assemblage generally bound by Fitzhugh Avenue, Monarch Street, Chambers Street, and Garrett Avenue to Trammell Crow Residential. Larkspur owned approximately half of the 4.5 acre assemblage and brokered the other half, which all together consisted of six seller partnerships and individuals.
