Anderson is well-known on the east side of the Metroplex, where Larkspur has developed numerous multifamily projects. Now his company hopes to make a big splash on the west side: Larkspur is partnering with Keystone Group, the firm of Robert Bass, on a proposed $1.7 billion mixed-use hub just north of the Cultural District that could have offices, retail space, residences and a hotel. Anderson has been heavily involved with Dallas institutions like SMU, his alma mater, and The Real Estate Council.
