A 280-unit workforce housing project located between Exposition Park and Fair Park
Our 2nd @ Ash project consists of 280 units located just east of I-30 between Exposition Park and Fair Park. The project has been designed to incorporate the Art Deco elements found throughout Fair Park itself, which contains the largest collection of Art Deco buildings in the country. This workforce housing project will include a significant number of units reserved for moderate income residents. The project is expected to break ground in Q4 of 2023.
