A 280-unit multifamily project located at the entrance to Fair Park
Our Fair Park project consists of 280 units located just east of I-30 at the doorstep of Fair Park's main entrance. The project has been designed to incorporate the Art Deco elements found throughout Fair Park itself, which contains the largest collection of Art Deco buildings in the country. The project is expected to break ground in Q4 of 2023.
