A 292-unit workforce housing project located between in the Expo Park micromarket between Fair Park and Deep Ellum
Named for famed Fair Park architect George Dahl, The Dahl consists of 292 units located just east of I-30 between Exposition Park and Fair Park. The project has been designed to incorporate the Art Deco elements found on buildings designed by Dahl throughout Fair Park, which consists of the largest collection of Art Deco buildings in the country. This workforce housing project will include a significant number of units reserved for moderate income residents. The project is expected to break ground in Q4 of 2024.
