The Juniper, a 219-unit multifamily project with ground floor retail facing Commerce Street, will be situated in the heart of Exposition Park, between Deep Ellum and Fair Park. The property will feature stunning views of Downtown Dallas, a half-acre private park, and access to the Santa Fe Trail. The Juniper will be located across the street from The Willow, which Larkspur delivered in 2023. The site was cleared in late 2023 and construction began in Spring of 2024 for a mid-2026 delivery.
