Eastlake is a new 56-unit Built-for-Rent ("BFR") community in Northeast Dallas adjacent to White Rock Lake.
Eastlake is exemplified by surrounding beautiful neighborhoods and interesting natural topography, its proximity to White Rock Lake and the direct link into the CBD via Garland Road. The project is located around the corner from the White Rock sailing clubs, White Rock dog park, and down the street from The Arboretum. Given that Garland Road is one of the key gateways into the City from the northeast, the site also benefits from quick access to I-635, so access to the northern office submarkets, Las Colinas, and DFW is seamless.
The project will consist of 56 units with an average size of 1,500 square feet with a mix of typologies including freestanding units, duplexes, and six-unit buildings that each feature its own courtyard. Every unit will have a large backyard and most units will have their own garages. Amenities will include a pool and cabana / grilling area.
