Carl B. Anderson IV

President

Carl is the President of Larkspur and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s development activities, including site selection and acquisition, due diligence, project design, securing entitlements and project execution. Since founding the firm, Carl has executed development and acquisition projects across the retail, multi-family, condominium and townhouse asset classes. Prior to co-founding the Company, Carl held multiple roles in real estate private equity, working on acquisitions and development projects totaling over $3 billion.

Carl previously served in acquisitions, development, and asset management capacities in increasing levels of responsibility with Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG), C-III Capital Partners LLC and E2M Partners LLC. Carl graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and New York University with a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance with distinction.

Medley Buttermore Sabadie

Vice President, Investment Management

Medley is Vice President, Investment Management, with a focus on asset management and investor reporting. Prior to Larkspur, Medley gained several years of real estate experience with brokerage firm Virginia Cook, where she was involved in several million dollars of real estate transactions.

Medley received a B.A. in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University, where she graduated in 2009.

Priscilla Davies, CPA

Sr. Vice President & Controller

Priscilla is Larkspur’s Controller, where she oversees accounting, tax and compliance functions. Prior to Larkspur, Priscilla spent 14 years with EXCO Resources, Inc., where she served as Assistant Controller and oversaw a team of accounting professionals. In addition, she was responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to internal controls within the company and liaison with public auditors for financial and compliance audits. Prior to EXCO Resources, Inc. she was on the audit team for a large, regional public accounting firm for five years.

Priscilla is an active CPA and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs

Art Ferriss

Vice President, Development

Art is the Vice President of Development and is responsible for the firm’s acquisition and development activities, including underwriting, due diligence, project design, securing entitlements and project execution.

Art brings knowledge in both debt and equity commercial real estate investing from experiences at MetLife Investment Management LLC and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Art has a Bachelor of Science Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
