Schafer, vice president of development at Larkspur, is primarily responsible for site selection and acquisition, as well as supporting the firm’s development activities, including due diligence, project design, securing entitlements, and project capitalization. 

Prior to joining Larkspur, Schafer held roles with Kairoi Residential and HFF. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
